Enough Plutonium appears to be missing from Los Alamos Labs to make 4-20 atomic bombs yet the FBI will not investigate it.

It's also worth at least $400,000,000 and maybe 10 times that to Iran or al Qaeda.*

First let me explain one thing to you. 3HO has corrupted most of the Federal Government. This may be news to you and you may not believe it but believe this, when you finsh with this page you will.

3HO was selling incense in 1970's like all the other Indian cults and then suddenly they picked up the contract as the paymasters for the U.S. Marshals offices in 2/3 of the districts of the United States. They were handing over money to all those marshals and I think they stepped right in with bribes when those good marshals needed more money. Then they just corrupted right into the fingerprint files and the rest you can figure out. This is a good short piece about their influence for reference.

Now they act as security at nearly everywhere that terrorist are likely to strike in the US.

If the Cerro Grande fire had gone 100 ft more 50 pounds of Plutonium would have become a huge 'dirty bomb'. It would have made unhabitable twice what Chernobyl did and since the winds were blowing so strongly could have left up to one half of the eastern seaboard uninhabitable (that includes Washington DC) as well as make unusable up to about 18% of the farmland of the United States.

..In late August of this year, DOE safety officers wrote a strong memorandum to two LANL division directors, noting that LANL had in effect created, without permission from (or even notification to) the DOE Secretary, a new nuclear facility at Los Alamos. This building - basically a light steel shed used to store nuclear waste [it was headed for a dump]- contained up to 20 kilograms of fissile material, enough to make several nuclear weapons ( see "LANL shuts down amid terrorist acts on East Coast," The New Mexican , 9/12/01).

This plutonium was within about 200 feet of the Cerro Grande fire. While the material was not in direct danger, due to the lack of vegetation in the immediate area, its presence at this location was contrary to repeated LANL public pronouncements at the time. After the Cerro Grande fire personnel discovered 20 Kilograms of highly inflammable Plutonium in a thin metal shed. This was unknown, untraceable and nobody has ever shed any light on it except it 'appeared' to be slated to go to the dump.

The Plutonium waste they refer to is easily separated to produce pure Plutonium. It's a milion times simpler to make than Uranium 235.* As easily as Aluminum is from Bauxite ore. Any third year Chemistry student can do it. It's the exact same elctrolysis technique that is used for purifying “Gold Waste” or the production of Aluminum metal at the cost of ~$.90 a pound. (However it has to be made in an oxygen free environment which may double the cost to $1.80 a pound.) It's worth 2,000 times as much as gold is on the legal market or almost $500,000,000. (but Osama Bin Laden would probably pay a lot more).

The fire stopped short of burning both the shed and the highly inflammable Plutonium by less than 200 feet, fifty feet by some accounts, (this a discrepancy which is very important and there are a lot of discrepancies in this whole affair).

According to this the Plutonium that is missing is worth $410,000,000 on the legit market (and perhaps ten times that much or more to Osama Bin Laden). It could be made into 4 to 20+ atomic bombs or triggers for the same number or even more nukes. What was it doing going to a dump if it is worth so much of our tax money? That is a lot of money just to throw out, don't you think. Well the FBI doesn't appear to be concerned about either the loss in revenue or the danger of it.

Plutonium is not at all like Uranium which takes a half a year to separate out a few ounces of U-235 from the U-237 and billions using unobtainable (without a license) equipment. Plutonium is only produced by nuclear reactors as a byproduct.

It is extremely dangerous though because it is very reactive to oxygen, like phosphorus. It can catch on fire just by coming into contact with oxygen.but with a whole different outcome for the US economy and to life in the Northern Hemisphere for however far down wind it blows. Like Chernobln but it probably travels a lot farther than the cesium did from that disaster. Even if it is purified correctly it can go boom and leave a half mile wide hole in the ground and still send the radioactive plume downwind.

This is not secret information at all. I got a lot of it from 'The Sum of all Fears' by Tom Clancy (who only uses that which has been scientifically proven in his books). He is always truthful with the scientific information in his books just like I am here. There is one other main source of information that I forgot about. My fathers chemistry book. He was a professor and had a 1937 inorganic chemistry book which I read in high school and it had a thin section of about 8 pages concerning the physics and chemistry of radioactive elements. It was very complete in those few pages. The entire subject is actually very simple. Those scientists in the field use a lot of mumbo jumbo to make it hard for us to understand. I guess it is so they can charge ever larger consulting fees but 90% of the knowledge we now have about the subject was present in that book.

On the sixth day of the fire, May 10, 2000, when the fire almost burned up that hidden Plutonium every member of the 3HO cult whose headquarters are in the same town as I lived in left abruptly for Albuquerque without telling anyone. They were gone and it was an obvious emergency as far as they were concerned. This is a great overview of that cult.

I lived in Espanola and the year before I had run ads in their local newsletter for computer sales and repair. So they put me on the '3HO community phone listing'. Then on May 10 I received a telephone call from a girl who was 3HO member and was panicking and she almost screamed 'Do you have a place to stay in Albuquerque?' I asked her what she was referring to and she said. 'We are all going to Albuquerque now! We have to go.' I guess someone had given her an old telephone listing and she was told to call everyone to make sure they had a place to stay.

'Why are you leaving, it's just ash like a campfire.' I said 'That stuff is all underground in bomb proof bunkers so how is the fire going to going to get to that stuff.' Then she just hung up but people were streaming down the hill from Los Alamos looking for places to stay and I had worked out a deal (for 50%) with the landlord to rent out his spare apartment and I had no time to think about psycho cult members.

Later on I did. It was a puzzle I was missing a piece to. So for two years I wondered about that unusual call and them sneaking away when they never did anything that was not planned and advertised to death. Then I found that article about the Plutonium they found in the shed and I knew right away 3HO had to have been smuggling it out of Los Alamos when the fire hit. They must have left it there just for a while to see if any one was looking for it. Then if they needed to they could just put it back before the alarms went off. Nobody figured it out though or lived to write it up on the internet.

After I read the article it was a process of research on the internet to figure out how 3HO was connected to Los Alamos Labs (other than some yoga teachers and a doctor that worked in Los Alamos.).

The 3HO owned 'Sun and Son Computer Company in Santa Fe also installed computers at Los Alamos:

Los Alamos National Laboratory hired Sun and Son for a office automation and engineering management system. The engineering management system includes purchase order tracking, order processing, training tracking and work breakdown structures. The office automation system lets researchers and administrators collaborate on projects. All users e-mail, calendars and task lists can be accessed.

I have to assume from the computer system they installed that gave them access to email and then people send their passwords for the other computers through the email on those computers which are .gov email. That is how 'Sun and Son' are able to intercept .gov emails sent to the Santa Fe FBI office and possibly elsewhere.

Do you remember when a lot of managers were made to leave Los Alamos (before the Cerro Grande fire) because of missing and confusing inventory. In all but a few cases the mangers were just as confused as to what happened. It's easy to figure out. Without those managers nobody around knew offhand where important items like Plutonium were stored.

So I think 'Sun and Son' changed the files to get those managers laid off or fired since they would have noticed if Plutonium was

Then I looked for the tie in between 3HO and the Labs only 24 miles away. AKAL is one security company they owned. They owned outright Teg Security company which was in charge of security at the Oklahoma Bombing. Teg disappeared soon after the Oklahoma bombing

The parent company, Akal apparently also tried to evade responsibility and guilt by changing their name. In Texas they changed their name to WorldWide Systems. They are also known to have started the company Worldwide Associates which they registered as a corporation in Illinois. They also changed AKAL to another similar name, Worldwide Security Associates in Texas [This is according to the minutes of the Houston city Council meeting of October 20, 1998- ... AKAL SECURITY, INC (now known as WORLDWIDE SECURITY ASSOCIATES, INC.)... >found here> <] (This web site hacked (I think I recall them stating it and they certainly have archives stored off-line) and the pages got changed but I have some of the originals and the people who found this information and placed it on this web can be contacted.)

This next part is where it gets interesting and how the Plutonium exits Los Alamos without getting caught by security. AKAL Security bid once in partnership on the contracts at Los Alamos Labs in the late 1990's but did not get the contracts. Then the next time the contracts came up they did not even bid but a new company called Worldwide Security Services (which owns Covenant Services Worldwide) bid and won the contracts for all the security at Los Alamos Labs.

Compare the name Worldwide Security Services with the known AKAL companies. WorldWide Systems, Worldwide Security Associates and Worldwide Associates.

Yes 3HO secretly owns Worldwide Security Services, like the two 3HO companies Teg Security and Worldwide Associates all are or were registered in Illinois in 1992. Worldwide Security Services on it's web site claims it was started in 1992 so it was also started in the same state and in same year as TEG. Another fact is that both Worldwide Security and Akal Security listed the exact same San Francisco address at the same time as being at.

How can a security company's ownership be kept secret and be in charge of the most important nuclear research facility in the US? In applying for any Federal security contract they should be completely honest about everything and they were certainly not. The company should be open to any inquiry and have to adhere to all the rules of disclosure that other government agencies adhere to.

The president of Worldwide Security Services and other top execs in California do not know who their bosses are probably. They certainly don't know who is picking up unlabeled radioactive wastes in Los Alamos and maybe not delivering it to the radioactive waste dump. Since 70% of security guards in New Mexico have worked for Akal they are obviously pulling the strings. What I wondered was why they bothered putting their necks in a noose if they could have just stacked any security company at Los Alamos with their own people and done the same thing. Then I found this information. They own Covenant Services which used to be in charge of Airport security at many airports through out the US but now are only in charge of San Francisco Airport (this is the only airport in all the US still using private security for boarding inspection) and they tenaciously refuse to give that one up. Remember the predictions about the Golden Gate Bridge being crashed into by a plane? I'll bet ten to one if a plane crashes into the Golden Gate Bridge it gets high jacked by men let on the planes by the Sikhs.

Isn't over 40 million American lives worthy of a thorough FBI investigation, not even bringing up the $440 Million that is missing from the US treasury? What do you think? Well then write your congressman.

I wrote two after I had sent several faxes to the head of Los Alamos Labs Security asking her what had happened to the Plutonium they found and why it was going to a 'dump'. All I was after was the first part of this information which is found in the above article.

In a DOE memo released in late August (2001), DOE is requiring LANL to investigate the how long the 20 kilograms of plutonium had been at PF-185. DOE is also requesting a full inventory of the waste stored at PF-185 since 1985.http://www.nuclearactive.org/news/091201.html

I sent multiple faxes to the head of security at Los Alamos and at least one to her supervisor at the time to find out what had happened to the Plutonium. Nothing.

Then I contacted as many government agencies as I could think of including the NEC, FBI, the White House, the governors of three states, State Health departments, local Sheriff, mayors and there are probably another five at least that I sent faxes and emails too but I used faxes whenever I had the number. I asked pertinent questions like 'what happened to the Plutonium' and 'what about those 3HO people that secretly own the security company in charge?'

The reason the FBI agents listen is that the average FBI agent is highly attuned to any form of lies and that includs many forms of deception including omissions and half lies. They don't hear an honest person, like myself, when they tell the FBI something but the FBI agent listens to nearly every word of what a criminal says to them.

The government used to have lots of investigations of their activities and even convicted and sentenced the number three man in 3HO to three years for importing 20 tons of marijuana and attempting to buy machine guns. To put this in perspective Possession of Marijuana in Oklahoma of an ounce can be up to one year and a second conviction of an ounce is a felony 2-10 years. For Guru Jot Singh it was the third time he smuggled marijuana (though it was the first he got caught) and he got 3 years for importing 1 million ounces. There was an attempt by him to buy a 50 caliber machine gun. A 50 cal machine gun is for equipping an army or with it's 7,000 yard range destroy most any Coast Guard boat that ever tries to arrest a 3HO smuggling operation again. However, a 50 caliber machine gun wont stop a investigation in a Federal Buildings but a truck bomb can. That was the last significant conviction of a 3HO leader. The government has no investigations going on now to my knowledge or has even had one on their activities in the past five years.

Teg Security had the contract for security at the federal building in Oklahoma City which was bombed.

This next information should be of great interest to both the Federal Government and the families of those killed in the bombing. All I can find out about lawsuits are that 475 members of the victim families of the Oklahoma City bombing filed lawsuits against the government in 1997 alone.

Everything from the Security Guard Timothy Mc Vail to

the security camera (and I assume the security desk), which could see the Ryder truck that was parked in a towing zone at 8:57 am were under only their control. How did Timothy McVail keep Teg Security from towing the truck away?

{General] Partin, 71, believes four demolition charges were placed on the Murrah Building's third floor prior to the bombing.

The principal damage to the Alfred P. Murrah Building was brought about by explosives placed on five columns of the Murrah Building, according to the Pentagon report, and not by the ANFO bomb in the truck supposedly driven by McVeigh.

Some people imply this implicates BATF and/or the FBI agents as their offices were in that building.

Just slow down and think beyond your emotions. This does not implicate them. If BATF or the FBI had set the charges then Teg Security should have called the local police and had them arrested. This only serves to implicate Teg Security and the owners 3HO since they were there all night and probably the only ones that were there all night.

This is the head of all the Security companies belonging to 3HO. Only Teg Security/3HO had the opportunity and likely the means to have packed the columns. Akal is on half the Air Force bases in the US. They have keys to as much explosives as they need.

The only thing that I do not supply is the motive. Was there an investigation or were there multiple investigations perhaps of more than one agency going on in that building concerning 3HO or any their companies such as Akal Security? ( Why do I ask about multiple investigations? One is easy for them to thwart with threats to individuals, as they are known for it, and groups within one agency but with more than one it becomes a different matter.)

Only Teg Security/3HO had the opportunity and likely the means to have packed the columns and weren't there several hundred million dollars in lawsuits misdirected since they were against the Federal Government? I contacted about everyone including the Oklahoma state authorities on this one too.

You ask what about Timmothy Vail's admissions. To that I can only say this: If you hold a gun to the head of those he cares about, mainly his sister, a man who is already a gonner will say anything you want him to.

India has a very long history of religions that were lies from the start. There are many versions of religions and some are outright evil. Most of the Sikh's of India have denied any connection to 3HO and done so many times. 3HO wear white and pretend to be what they aren't. Criminal often wear disguises. White doesn't change them like it did actors in old western movies.

I'll now show the proof that Teg Security was wholly owned by 3HO. The ties of Teg Security to 3HO are solid as a rock. Teg Security was a dba of Jai Te Gung, Inc of Santa Fe, New Mexico SCC Number: 1469295, Tax & Revenue Number: 02140473002

Jai Te Gung is also the name of the 3HO owned and copywritten anthem. It's fallen in favor after the cover-up of the owner ship of Teg Security after the bombing. When their then leader so espoused the song in this lecture to his followers it almost seems to me like it was threat to others not use the song (and certainly not it's name). To use the name of the song ( or the song) you risk being sued and prosecuted by their own attorneys under US Federal copyright laws.

The name Jai Te Gung to them, no matter how you spell it in English, means the same thing. It's all owned by 3HO and nobody but 3HO companies could use it. It's known by many that Teg Security the dba of Jai Te Gung, Inc of Santa Fe, New Mexico SCC Number: 1469295 was one.

The problem in the past I am pretty certain is that the name is Sanskrit and there is no official translation into English so it's phonetic and it is spelled several ways including Jai Te Gung by the Security Company and Jai Te Gang as the song by that name. I also saw it once ten years ago listed Jai Tegung. That is where the Teg part originated. They don't want anybody to know that information of course since it means complicity in that bombing at least. Some information is still around I am sure. I'll probably find more but this ties them in to hundreds of millions of dollars worth of lawsuits.

If you used the song and certainly the name of it then you would have been sued by 3HO's powerful bunch of lawyers. So Teg Security company was theirs too.

Many other companies do the same thing. If you use the names Happy, Sneezy, Sleepy, Grumpy, Bashful, Dopey and Doc you can expect a communication from Disney attorneys threatening to file lawsuits since they invented the names.

Who would want to use those names? Once I realized where the five writers who had 30 days to finish the adaptation of the Grimm brothers fairy tale got the dwarfs names from I sure didn't want to have anything to do with it. The names are all associated with the symptoms of various stages of drug abuse, addiction and withdrawals, mainly cocaine and Morphine. Except Doc and that is where they got the Morphine..

Yep, that was what the writers were going through to finish that screenplay on time. What you probably think Walt wouldn't put that in a children's cartoon do you?

Oh yeah, then what is 'The March of the Pink Elephants' in Dumbo about if not alcohol dt's? And what about Warner Brothers and this cartoon characters profanity?

*Pure Uranium is as to make as pure Plutonum is to make and using a similar method. Pure Uranium is still a mixture of Uranium 235 and 238. U 238 stops Atomic Bombs from working so it has to be separated from the U 235. That is the process that is very, very dificult.

Added 4-21-05- They might have stolen a lot of the pure U 235 waste also. (I was not thinking of this possibility and there could be 10,000 pounds (1,000 atomic bombs) of that missing from those labs and replaced with unguarded (straight from the mine) and useless mixture of Uranium. Nobody would notice the difference.)

*The US also directly lost about 1/2 billion dollars when the government agencies failed to investigate this crime at all. This actually occurred when I live near Los Alamos in New Mexico however it was only after I moved to Flagstaff three years ago that I read about it on the internet.
